How does AINT.SAINT work?

We have three kinds of products:

  • Ready to be shipped: We'll ship them as soon as we receive the order.

  • Product Drop: We prepare some units beforehand and will launch all the stock at the same time. If your size is not in stock, please join the waiting list.

  • Made-To-Order: These products are created to fit you like a glove, we may need to order some material to fulfil it, therefore may take a little longer to dispatch.

Do you accept returns/exchanges?

We accept returns and exchanges for all orders but “Made-To-Order”.

If you wish to return or exchange any product by AINT.SAINT, please contact our support team at contact@aint-sain.com within 14 days from the delivery date. We’ll provide you with the address where the products shall be returned. Please note customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

All products should be returned in perfect, unused condition within 14 days of delivery.

As the “Made-To-Order” products are done especially for you, we do not accept returns, but if they don’t fit right for any reason, contact us at contact@aint-sain.com, and we’ll be more than happy to assist you and make it fit like a glove.

Shipping fees are not refundable in any instance.

How do I determine my size?

If you would like how to find a harness that will fit you like a glove, look at our Size Guide page.

For the T-shirts, just pick your go-to size.

What is the estimated delivery time?

UK orders - within 5 business days.

International orders - 1 to 2 weeks.

“Made-To-Order” products may take two additional weeks. We’ll try to fulfill the order as soon as possible and we’ll start working on it as soon as we receive it. Please, bear with our limited resources to create these pieces.

Do you offer international shipping?

We ship to the following countries: Belgium, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, The Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, United Kingdom and United States. If you are based in any other countries, please contact us to see what could be arranged.

Customs or Import Duties may apply to orders outside of the United Kingdom. These fees will fall on the customer upon reception.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept credit and debit cards as well as Clearpay to those customers who live in the United Kingdom. This later option offers 4 interest-free payments.

If you have any trouble in the checkout, please feel free to contact our support team, more than happy to help you at any point of your purchase.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

You can cancel or modify your order within the first 24 hours or before the order has been fulfilled, please note that different rules apply for “Made-To-Order” products. To modify your order, you only have to email us at contact@aint-sain.com mentioning what needs to be changed and the order number.

As “Made-To-Order” products may require special supplies, the available time for modifications or cancellation is just 3 hours since you placed the order. This rule is applied so “Made-To-Order” products can be fulfilled as soon as possible.

A fee of £5 is applied to any cancellations, modifications will remain Free of Charge.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?

If you are messaging regarding an order, please provide us with the order number. As an independent brand, we can not offer a 24/7 solution, but we’ll try to get back to you as soon as possible, please bear with us if it takes a little longer.
